Leonel Guerrero

Born in Ecuador and raised in Spain, Leonel (“Leo”) Guerrero brought a global perspective and a gifted hand to Empire Design Lab when he joined us in 2023. Initially part of our warehouse team, it quickly became clear that Leo possessed rare talents: exceptional craftsmanship, intuitive problem-solving, and a natural ease with clients. It was only a matter of time before he found his calling as an installer.

Leo is drawn to the clarity and precision of our industry, where every detail has its place and every installation marks the culmination of weeks of creative collaboration. His favorite part of the job is seeing the satisfaction on a client’s face when a project comes beautifully to life. His greatest challenge, and one he meets with characteristic diligence, is ensuring that every measurement and placement is executed with exacting accuracy.

Affectionately known as the “Drapery Whisperer” among our team, Leo’s talent, care, and commitment shine through in the final, transformative moments of every project he touches.
